I remember I was about 3/4 of the way through the receiving the Worldvision entries and still only had two male vocals among the lot. I honestly thought I was going to have to pretend my contest was still a celebration of diversity while presenting 43 female vocals.

I can do neither of those things and I‘ve run one in the past. You just need to be able to keep track of a spreadsheet and know when to ignore the hecklers and you’ll be fine.
