I certainly didn't expect to win after the pretty meh reaction during the listening party and thought either SVEA or PHILDEL would take it in the end. I will say that my song indeed had the most hooks and choruses, intros and outros as someone mentioned so I think it certainly deserved to win. I know @ButterTart submitted a song by Blutengel a while ago but was the red haired lady singing on that?

Thanks to everyone who voted for the song and wonderful job hosting @Berly! Very quick and seamless with no mercy and a very strong round too. I've been getting my life to Witch these past few days.

Amazing work @Berly (apart from my particularly cruel edit) and well done @OutSynk again. I really thought I might have done it this time until I was doing alarmingly well in the early voting. I was gutted @Kala hadn’t entered this time but it turns out his 12 wouldn’t have saved me either.

The way the votes came in it was a pretty open race between a good five or six songs, then the final few confirmed it a two horse race. The reveal order was only done the way it was to maintain any sort of suspense between @OutSynk and @ButterTart else it would've been clear who won from about the 19/20th vote

As a former host who vowed to never do it again, I much preferred the lower key delivery of nowadays ASFM. The stress of production values and recap videos is gone and it's actually quite a pleasant experience, even if the general conversation and chatter surrounding the songs is a bit lesser.
