If it had started with that drum beat I'd like it more, but I'm not really feeling it SORRY. I've tried with John Grant before and don't really get it.My Love My Life
Love the song, but did I really need a Rufus Wainwright version?
I didn't know the original of this either. I didn't realise until this contest that I just don't know any songs. My Love My Life

I feel like this is the new Bailando from OG ASFM. All the Europeans were like 'this is well famous' and the Brits were like 'is it fuck it's not even by Ed Sheeran'.This is one of my favourite songs and the cover in this is good too I feel
This person's avatar should have been 'Pourquoi tu crisp?'. If @straightorbroken was the person who sent it he'd not have let that opportunity pass him by.Pourquoi tu cries?
Good so far!
I don't know what to say really, I'm really captivated by the structure and everythingPourquoi tu cries?
Good so far!
I feel like this is the new Bandido from OG ASFM. All the Europeans were like 'this is well famous' and the Brits were like 'is it fuck it's not even by Ed Sheeran'.
Now I remember Loona, just not for either of those songsBailando! Now that was huge all over Europe. It’s still a mystery to me how it passed the UK by.
Later on it was covered by the dreadful German Loona who also covered Hijo de la Luna (ASFM runner up) in end of the 90’s, both songs doing really well in 1998 and 1999.

Now I remember Loona, just not for either of those songs![]()

Yeah this is brilliant. Claps to this poster.Ooh Betty Who - I've liked some of her stuff in the past and really liked this cover (the original possibly is somewhere in my top songs of all time list).
Unfortunately I'd completely forgotten about it till now, this would have been a banging entry.
That’s Russia for you.

I love when a song's open to interpretation like that; It totally changes the experience of listening to it. I've heard multiple theories about 'The Freshman' by Verve Pipe and it makes it a totally different song depending on which you subscribe to. On a similar but unrelated note when I used to work long hours in a quiet pub kitchen I'd replace the word 'baby' with 'luvveh' in Katy Perry's Firework so it was like I was listening to a cover by Audrey Roberts. Depressingly true story.I love the phrase ‘is it fuck’
The thing I really like about Supergirl is that when I was younger I would pretend that the girl he’s singing about is actually lying to herself and she’s not coping at all, so when you listen to it again from that perspective it’s quite interesting. At the end with the ‘she’s sewing seeds, she’s burning trees’, it shows that struggle between wanting to do good but also being self-destructive.
Is the correct answer.Well, we skipped.

"oh"Well, we skipped.
