ASFSF: The FINAL @3:15pm

Checked into this thread this morning in case it was still going

Okay fine, i presented much of this from a board game cafe :D fy fan @RaspberrySwirl :evil:

TO BE FAIR, at 9am yesterday no video had been made and I hadn’t started typing out the individual scoreboards. So by 6:45pm this nightmare was still continuing, I hadn’t eaten, my friend on the way, and I could no longer see, I sent the remaining results to myself in an email and did them whilst multitasking playing games like KING OF TOKYO

If I was to do it again/offer advice I would say you need to block out 48 hours to do the results, and also hire someone to do the results.

Oh you should have got @cwej to do the maths ! It's all very easy for people to criticise but it is a hell of a lot of work pulling this off !

I was toying with the idea of collating half the votes in the form of a ‘televote’ and presenting those as the points (and then obviously showing the individual ones after) - something to think about for future I suppose

Still trying to decide what my favourite part of yesterday was. It was either

"So I've been sending pictures of bins to people who didn't vote for us"
"...what people haven't voted for us?!"

Or

"PAULINE QUIRK HAS... PASSED AWAY"
"urrrr nurrrrr"

Or when the football finished and this still hadn't :D

Neither @cwej nor my bird had seen what I had written down in Madame Mis-Teeq’s bowl, so the fact that they did improv like that first take makes me wonder if Star needs to turn Moopy into an Academy For Talented (Still) Young Thespians
 
Congrats @win_the_game what a worthy winner, love the song and one of the best villain of the competition too!

Happy to have second, I knew once people kept fingering Tina for the win it was not going to happen. I do love the song and @Penelope was so right declaring it basically a Carly Rae Jensen song :disco:

Okay so just to manage expectations, I was planning a Worldvision opening ceremony with various Moopists saying Moopy catchphrases in different languages (like @OutSynk saying ‘ooh a PADDED BAG’ in Esthonian or @Alla doing Kala’s legendary ‘something to joke about’ rant in whatever language the Spanish speak).
Sadly I remembered I can’t edit videos, also I couldn’t be arsed to ask anyone to do it. Please bear in mind how much effort I could have gone to when you see the actual launch thread.
