I honestly don't think there was an obvious song out of all 40 of them. I only knew two of them before receipt.

I was very impressed with the sheer diversity! WELL DONE MOOPY!

I knew NINE altogether! Not counting the ones that are just carols or versions of carols.

I know Christmas songs are bound to put you in a good mood but I actually think this might be my favourite collection of songs of any ASFM so far.
 
At this point Weather Girls seem like an obvious (and deserved) win. But WHO CAN SAY
 
Two or three overall responses surprised me, but that's just personal taste I guess.

Good! I was a little bit anxious about presenting the songs and facing a general MEH or NAH, but they worked well in context.

But alas, the Passionfruit rubbish is not moi :(

Well, I don't hate it. That's the best I can say. I think I prefer it before the Meat Loaf man started singing. But it's festive in a way that it's a song that some people would listen to at Christmas, but not me.

This is not my cup of tea at all. I listened it to it full on the playlist once and have skipped it every time since. I also don't appreciate unnecessary swearing in songs.

This is quite haunting. I've heard it a few times now. It's like a cross between Enya and the woman who sings that Bring Me Back To Life song. Definitely a contender for points from me.

In the face of the general swathe of opinion on Moopy, I actually really like Paloma Faith (note - don't ask her for a photo at this time of year as she's on her holidays). This is a good, old fashioned Christmas song. I wish it had a bit more of a hook, but definitely one of the better entries of ASFMMSAX

This is like when someone used to randomly play the piano in the Queen Vic and they'd have a good old east end knees up.

Suspect this one will benefit from the jury vote as I can't see many people giving it points, but I also can't see them scoring it lowly.
 
Scrap that, I got confused for a moment. This is Foals, who I can only presume are named after baby horses.
 
This is a bit nothingy. I remember this from the Spotify playlist and it went on for ages. It also would have benefited from a female singer instead.
