At my door, Hello Friday, mmm, mmmmm

MORNING

I've decided it's time to get the Christmas shopping going properly. LET THE FESTIVITIES COMMENCE!

I should probably do the same - one can usually score a few early bargains for the small people.
In fact, I already have a book for my nephew that I decided was too "old" for him last year so he can have it this time.

Christmas shopping sounds like a fabulous idea, even though any time I have attempted to start up until now I have overindulged on myself. My kids have EVERYTHING, so rather than gadgets/money I am going to make it all about experiences this year.

I have no idea how I’m going to afford Christmas.

* ditches all family and friends *

The office SUCK-UPS have started wanging on about a Christmas night out. Which is good, because it gives me time to sort out why I'm not going.

'No, I don't want to' works whether it's 2 months or 2 hours ahead of it. I delight in not making an excuse any more. It's the only thing that keeps them from asking again.
