Ava Max - "Loving Myself" (+ flop album)

So is this a ‘dump an album out unceremoniously to get out of a record deal’ scenario?

Just listened to it. A shining paragon of nonsense. Most of you will be douching to it by next week. This album is NOT for the artsy gays.

Don't Click Play, Know Somebody, and World's Smallest Violin are my favorites. "She's a sample, singing Gaga imitation" :disco:

Was this before or after Don't Click Play? (OUT NOW!!) because both are nowhere to be found in the credits. I did see some unexpected names like Ryan Tedder (OneRepublic frontman and responsible for like 90% of Tate McRae's stuff), Delacey (Halsey, Demi, a bunch of K-pop girlies), and Jason Evigan (Madonna, Dua, Maroon 5, Benson Boone)

they broke up I think immediately after Diamonds & Dancefloors or possibly before the release of, it's been a while. I think it's obvious he did a lot of the heavy lifting because the material without him has been... lacking

Good! Imagine if they were still together; she would have gotten a big chunk of MAYHEM material (stolen by herself no doubt) :o

FREE AVA!!!

Poor girl. Did it fare better in the UK? In her defense, she has released 3 good, passable albums in a row in the 2020s, which is more than what Katy has done during that time.

oh she did chart at #28 in the UK, Queen of GREAT BRITAIN POP!!!

While I’m no fan, how did she not even manage top 100. Surely she has enough fans to slog off a few thousand copies

well they weren't doing much for her so now she can follow her ARTISTIC VISION all the way to number one!!!!
