Avatars not updating?

Hiya I've changed my avatar and it's showing on my profile as the new one but all my posts show the old one and when I do a new post it's the old one as well!

I'm actually quite upset about this x x x x

It was showing next to my posts a minute ago but when I refreshed it reverted to the old one! JUST TO FLAG
