Avengers: Doomsday

So far we’ve had Captain America, Thor and the OG X-Men

I wouldn’t be surprised if they used this film to wipe the slate clean and kill off all the legacy x-men so that Disney can reboot it properly. I’m OK with that, I’m interested in what Disney could do with a new X trilogy
 
If we're bringing the X Men into it, could we also take the opportunity to have a DECENT REDEMPTIVE Rogue after the MESS they made of her in those movies?

In the comics she can turn into anyone human and animals (I think the animal thing has gone away over the years). Since she mimics the voice I assume she would have had to at least heard them speak but, as always with comics, that line gets blurred depending on the plot lol
 
Like I said an improvement over the first trailer and I'm assuming they're keeping a lot under wraps still but it all looks weirdly EMPTY right now. Why is Doom standing in the middle of NOWHERE with Thor? Is that from the third act where everyone is already DEAD or was this filmed during COVID?
 
I’m looking forward to this but it does seem like it’s coming about 5 films too early in the saga… maybe it’ll all make sense when they all convene but has there really been the sort of build up by the individual films that we got in the build up to Avengers Infinity War and EndGame?

I haven’t seen spider man yet to be fair, and there’s a couple of movies I haven’t watched, but for all the significance of the massive cast, it doesn’t feel like we should be at this point yet.

and please get rid of fucking Peggy Carter, my GOD, worst character ever.
 
As if I remember a THING about any of the ones past Endgame, the last time the MCU was properly good

I know they love to hate The Marvels but if they're gonna have Monica, I think they should have thrown that in too.

Lol I bet they included the first Captain America because of fucking Peggy; the worst character ever and she somehow finds a slot to CREEP IN.

I enjoyed The Marvels personally but I know most people hated it

I like Peggy but I think this needs to be her last appearance
