Not for me of course. I have 34 days off, in case I didn't mention it.

Naturally I've been wide awake since 6.30am because heathcliff was howling at me. He is now fed and injected.

I'm having a distance reiki session at 9.15. Not sure how I feel about it or if I totally believe it works but I'll give anything a go to try and sort my stress levels out.

Anyway, hi Moopy. I hope the people going back to work have a lovely day <3
 
Back to work here too but only for today and tomorrow and I haven’t got much to do thankfully. I’ve been up most of the night with a really sore throat, hope I am not coming down with this illness everyone seems to have…
 
I’ve been making a PowerPoint for the next video, while also doing everything I can to avoid doing that, including watching tv and my phone. So now I’m feeling a bit crosseyed
 
I was told I could have my own music for electrolysis but I decided it was a bad move. I don't want someone dealing with a classic Nurse With Wound jumpscare edit when they're jabbing needles in my face.
 
Reiki session done. I listened to relaxing music including monks singing, which I've just discovered I love.

Apparently I have a huge amount of stuff going on in my head, I never fully switch off and I need to start letting go of things and people that drain me.

6 more days till I’m back at work, I’ve fucked my sleep schedule up though, I woke up at 11 today which I’ve not done in YEARS.

I'm pretty dubious about distance healing, to be honest.

I must book myself an Indian head massage. And then shave my head before I go.

I didn't pay for it so I'm not too concerned if it doesn't work. But I'm hopeful.
 
Have you tried EFT?

I can't say it really worked for me (other than perhaps in the moment), but some people seem to like it a lot. Plus you do it on yourself.

We’ve taken the decorations down, been to the tip and I got a mispriced reduced deluxe fish pie for 35p in Lidl.

All in all, a productive morning.
 
Despite this cold getting worse and torrential rain.

Yes, he posted them all on the 12th. It seems to be inconsistent as a friend about 10 miles away mentioned he never received his when we saw him yesterday, but another friend in Devon got hers, and a friend in France got his last week.

It’s literally which bag it ends up in and gets grabbed.

Most of my Discogs orders have gotten through to the recipients fine but three which were super late all arrived today and four I sent on the same day on the 10th have all disappeared but ones from much later (including something sent just before Christmas) have arrived fine.

Or in other words, it’s a total shit show.
