Brown bin - food waste
Green bin - garden waste
Black bin - non recyclables

We don't have a green bin, though. Our garden clippings etc goes into brown sacks you have to pay £1 each for (if you don't have a green bin).

I had a green bin, someone nicked it, the council wanted me to pay £30 for a replacement.

Now I don't have a green bin.
