visual album of 13 tracks that looks like it will be released as 13 singles, from tomorrow through til June? interesting strategy. here for it.

Çike Çike
$HIT
Tokyo
Hysteria
New Religion
Time
I Like You Better Than Me
Nobody's There
The Way I Want You
Drunk And A Little Love
Nightfalls
One Day
Sad Girls

that's fine but nothing new or special for Bebe. it sounds like there are better songs to come.

Insomnia-sampling New Religion (credited also to Faithless) is out now

not bad. I mean you can't really go wrong when the sample is the whole song.
Çike Çike since it was never posted and nobody has mentioned yet how filthy a banger it is - @Pipo excuse me

All three songs so far have been BANGERS. I hope she gets a hit out of one of these, I'd say New Religion is most likely so far.

apparently New Religion is getting a radio push in the UK and Europe. #7 on Spotify NMF today

Seems to be charting well on Apple Music so far, which for her is a win. #1 on iTunes as well.

They need to increase security measures at the KHIA ASYLUM! What if JESY NELSON also manages to break free?

#176 UK Spotify… this doesn’t seem that bad for her. Hopefully it takes off somehow as the weather heats up :disco:

I don’t have that much time for her, despite some great bops. But this really does slap with repeat listens. Nearly like a classier ‘I’m Good’.

The first two songs just made me miss her sound from the last album but New Religion definitely hits the mark.

I think I'm well past the stage of any song making me want to take poppers teebs. it's enough if it gets these AGEING HIPS SWAYING

For her that’s great. She hasn’t been that high in an age I assume?

other than I'm Good (Blue) she hasn't charted as a lead artist since Baby I'm Jealous (2020, #86) and before that Last Hurrah (2019, #50 - I don't know her)

let's see if it drops or grows next week

This is doing really rather well across Apple Music in a bunch of countries, and iTunes. But Spotify is holding it back. Though it has entered the bottom of a couple of their charts.

There is often a significant difference between their audiences, but this is very marked compared to usual. Is she independent now after being dropped? Possibly making it harder to get any push on Spotify, but hopefully it does gain a bit there as it really could be quite a mid sized hit.

she's very steadily doing 550-570k a day on Spotify (best day 800k last weekend). she is independent now - hopefully they do give her a playlist boost soon
