Been getting harassing calls/advice needed

Sorry to interrupt everyone’s evening (as I know lots will be watching Eurovision tonight) but I’ve been getting strange calls from a number, and the local authority has advised me to ask someone neutral not in my phone network area to check out the number.

so could someone please call 62 2520 9 from a mobile to check what’s going on for me?

I called it twenty times, but then I realised that I accidentally replaced the 09 at the end with 13. I hope I didn’t ruin anything.
