Fine then.

Should the Royal Arbiter be forced to resign?

Hamble and Barney Rubble sound like they have bell in if you say them

Blini is rubbish, granted

Maybe it's just accent or something, but when I say it "Baloney sandwich" sounds like "Beloney sandwich". Or at least it's the same sound as in "hamble" and "rubble".

I'd just like to point out that I've never posted a bell unless it's a perfect one. I've posted dupilcate bells, I know, but my bells are of the highest order.

I've sent a telegraph for the Arbiter to come and decide.

I have often wondered about the standard of certain previous bells but on the basis of their acceptance by the arbiter, I was led to believe that a liberal interpretation of the sound "bell" was applied.

I welcome clarification of this difficult issue.

PROCLAMATION #001

"Baloney is acceptable. The initial syllable sounds sufficiently like 'Bell', especially when said quickly."

God bless the Queen.
