I had a brilliant bells on sunday idea on monday but I couldn't post it obviously, and now i have forgotten what it was

Voting - Phase I

All interested parties have 20 votes to distribute across the candidates as they wish. For example you can give all 20 to one nominee, or you can give 1 each to 20 nominees.

You can also nominate an additional nominee to receive -3 points.

The 10 nominees with the highest totals will go through to Phase II.

I gave 20 points to one person, and -3 to another (which was a tactical but apparently unnecessary vote) :(

NO THIS IS ALL WRONG, I haven't finished updating the list yet! That should be Bell No.407

OH GOD, as a result of my INDEPENDENT BELL AUDIT, I have noted that a repetitious bell, Hamble from Play School submitted by Lolly has been put into the normal numbering system. What is the protocol for this? Surely it shouldn't be on the bell directory?

I'd say make Moonbaby's ridiculous numbered bell the missing number.
 
It will be interesting to see what line the new arbiter will take on Moonbaby's numerous infringements.
 
OK all done.

I haven't touched the register of offenders, I feel that is not my place. I note that Moony isn't on the Proclamation #007 list though.

Also Pop! cocked up the numbering with his repetitious and tenuous bells so I have had to re-order us down to 404.
 
I suspect I'm going to be HUNG, DRAWN and QUARTERED

But I will continue to post incorrect, illegal bells until I DIE
