You'll have to ask Sir Freddie MERCURY about the rules regarding eligibility and election to the Privy Council. I have DELEGATED some of the administrative work to him as he's not very busy as the moment being DEAD and everything

If anyone should be made a member of the privy council, it's Sir Freddie himself. It can't be easy for him.
