1. What If We
2. Angel
3. The One That I Love

It's VERY close between Angel and What If We, though.

I think each of her entries is a little bit better than the last. The One That I Love is a very pretty tune indeed, the verses in particular are gorgeous. But the chorus lyrics are so clunky and it really puts me off.

Angel is a great Euro ballad and her performance was OFF THE HOOK. The crowd absolutely loved her.

What If We is the best all round song. I listened to it 3 times in a row walking into town today. :shy:

I particularly like how all of her songs pick up a bit for the second verse. For most Euro-ballads/songs generally that is the most throwaway "Get to the chorus again!" part of the song.

BTW SDF my fellow pop chubby chaser, Chiara's second rehearsal was just as good as the first. She's nailing it EVERY TIME. :disco:

*comes 15th in heat anyway* :(

I think her voice is sounding better this year than in 2005 where she was a bit SHAKY in parts.

HOW BEAUTIFUL is the background now? It really SETS THE TONE. I really hope this doesn't flop, it would be an absolute disaster for Malta. I mean who would Malta send every couple of years, JULIE AND LUDWIG?

A case of diminishing returns for me, there's a reason why 'The One That I Love' did so well in the bestest contest EVER.

It's an indication of how great it is when you look at some really good entries that did poorly (Gunvor, Edea, Katerina Hasprova for three).

"Aava" is an entry that only in these past couple of years or so I've really given proper time, and it is stunning

I wish they would make a Eurovision 1998 CD :(

It is absolutely bloody GORGEOUS, shame about the frog in her throat on the night.

Queen Chiara has recently bowed to overwhelming fan demand and undertaken a project to get her entire discography onto streaming services.

I am absolutely obsessed with the early 00s randomiser vibes of this 2002 covers album, not to mention the absolutely horrible production values. :disco:

First and last time until Jane Mcdonald that Whole Again was on the same album as My Way.
