Well I just listened to the Debut episode, and it was just wonderful. It makes me want to go for a long winter walk in Iceland. But also makes me nostalgic for '90s London.

I enjoyed it, and I could listen to her talk for hours, but I was hoping for more discussion of the individual songs. I suppose that isn't the point and it's more about trying to get into her headspace at the time of each album, but I'd have loved a bit of full-on songwriting chat.

With that in mind, I'm curious about how lightly the Homogenic episode will tread - by all accounts she was in a pretty dark place before/during that one.

Björk’s shoes, rings and neckpiece for the Fossora cover artwork were made by James T. Merry. The neckpiece, “Lamellae”, is named after the gills on a mushroom. “This piece was inspired by an idea Björk had to create a full silver neckpiece. So I designed something that would mimic the underside of a mushroom, transforming the whole neck into a series of metallic fungal gills.” Lamellae neckpiece was made from little pieces of wire individually hammered, shaped and drilled together. The same neckpiece appears on Atopos artwork. For the occasion, Merry wrote on Instagram: “13 years ago I started work as her assistant and she nurtured and encouraged so much of my own creativity, it changed my life forever. Thank you Björk, can’t wait for people to hear your wonderful album.”
