I mean, obviously Bad Boys, surely?

Both obviously 11/10 but I think Bad Boys has the stronger social and vernacular impact - Alexandra was famously in America and overheard someone use 'bad boys' to describe boys who are bad and thought why not be the first person to bring it over here and use it in a song.
