I'm a bit of a sucker for proper yeehaw country sometimes, so I think that sounds quite great, and really suits his voice. bit concerned this is all a soft coming out for Trump, but I'll try to at least enjoy the music.

I'm very much into this album. It's the kind of country I can get on board with and it's so well written. The second half is a little slower and more of a drag, but overall it's strong stuff!

I've only heard the first half (twice!) but I enjoyed what I heard. I'll give the full thing a listen soon.

Plans has grown on me quite a bit and the very Springsteen Tiger's Blood works for me too. The Red Ground is, on early listening, by far the standout from the second half. Mariachi high drama.
