Sinbad also confirmed

The actor has guested as an unnamed cabbie a few times, so one suspects they'll just claim he was Sinbad all along

I am still hopeful for BEV and fearful of Ray Quinn

I shouldn't worry too much as Ray Quinn aka far-right loon Jonny Baxter has been in prison since 2019. However, this is Hollyoaks so anything is possible. I'm more fearful of the return of panto villain and all-round shit actor Emmett "J." Scanlan to fulfill Stendan fantasies for the basic viewers.

You are not a proper gay

He just always looked like he was made of plastic. And he certainly doesn't do it for me facially.

I guess if you were a fledgling homo at the height of his fame I understand it.

Face wise my preference was for Tinhead's mate Steve Murray the older brother of Little Antnee.

And as previously mentioned, Greg Shadwick was my first HOT DADDY CRUSH :horny:

Apparently as a small child I once saw Sinbad shopping at our local supermarket and followed him around the store repeatedly screaming “IT’S SINBAD!” much to my mum’s humiliation.

Probably my first time experiencing the overwhelming glamour of encountering a celebrity in the flesh.

I was of "fledgling" age when Brookside was winding down, and I also thought Tinhead looked like he was a wonky plasticine doll. I also much preferred Steve Murray.

The siege / helicopter week remains the most LUDICROUS week of British soap we've had so far. My favourite was the completely unceremonious way they got rid of poor Bernie Nolan - a throwaway "oh yeah she was INCINERATED at the petrol station" a week later despite not being shown in the actual episodes, and they'd already brought in Jan as the replacement Murray family mum ready to go.

JUST ONE EPISODE?

Bloody hell with all the marketing you’d think they were bringing it back full time

Mr S thinks it's a test run to see if bringing it back would be viable (in between frigging himself off with excitement that we're getting a new episode)

I hadn't realised just how much where I live now resembles BROOKSIDE CLOSE (in appearance and certainly not in GOINGS-ON)
