@octophone do you exercise? I find that produces endorphins in my body that far surpass that of any caffeinated beverages.
It's just tiredness mostly due to insomnia but, truthfully, I think it's become a psychological crutch.
No, I can't go to gyms. They're too frightening.
The only exercise I get is walking. But then I do walk about 30 miles a week on average.
It's definitely at least as much about being out as it is the exercise itself for me. If I have a day off without anything I need to leave the house for, I still always have to. I get cabin fever otherwise. And headaches and trouble sleeping.
It's symptomatic of depression surely, as well. But then I guess the insomnia is as well.
