41,000 steps is a lot though I do about 4000 in a day

I knew that and I have had some very obvious moments with that (including being recommended the exact album I was listening to!) but I am ultimately a technical klutz and am constantly shocked, stunned etc

I woke up at 5.30 this morning and ran 10k as it was GLORIOUS even at that time. I have been a bit lackadaisical with my morning routine since leaving Scotland but find nothing sets me up better for the day and clears my mind better than a morning jog.
