Yes, it's back and it's bigger than ever! Each week in October, I will be hosting an evening of horrifying horrorful horror sync watches (exact dates and times to be decided later). Please enjoy this trailer, featuring the full lineup of films:



I've decided to announce everything so far in advance this time to allow people to make preparations, and acquire anything they may need to acquire. Most of these films are available to stream, though some may require a small rental charge if using services like Amazon Prime (I'll make a full post for each week's films including streaming options). I would always recommend having the film downloaded and ready beforehand if possible, you never know when someone outside might cut your phone line after all

FILM ONE: The Abominable Dr. Phibes

While Dr. Phibes' colleagues believe that he was killed, they get a shock when they find out that he is alive and is on a revenge seeking spree, killing the doctors responsible for his wife's death.

In a first for these watches, I have actually NEVER seen this film before so this will also be my first watch! It received such raves last time from @ButterTart and @Christian among others that I decided to include it

This film will (apparently) be enjoyed by fans of... Theatre of Blood

FILM TWO: Queen Kong

Ray Fay (Robin Askwith) is kidnapped by film director Luce Habit (@Rula Lenska) to star in her new African jungle movie, he then finds himself the amorous attraction of a giant female gorilla that pursues him across London.

The film depicts a kidnapped paperboy who tells three stories of horror to the suburban witch who is preparing to eat him.

(Probably relevant to Moopy to mention that said suburban witch is played by DEBBIE HARRY )
