Daughters of Darkness (1971)

Reincarnation, lesbianism and murder are the order of the day in this cult classic psychosexual horror. Delphine Seyrig stars as Elizabeth Bathory, the vampiric 'Scarlet Countess', who has bathed in the blood of 300 virgins to guarantee her eternal youth. Along with her beautiful young companion Ilona (Andrea Rau), she seduces troubled newlyweds Stefan and Valerie (John Karlen and Danielle Ouimet), unleashing a frenzy of brutal violence and depraved desire.

Angela Baker, a shy, traumatized young girl, is sent to summer camp with her cousin. Shortly after her arrival, anyone with sinister or less than honorable intentions toward her gets their comeuppance.

Angela, supposedly reformed and living under an assumed surname, is working at a summer camp. However, when the campers start misbehaving, she soon reverts to her old ways.

WEEK THREE
Eye of the Cat (1969)

Spoiler: Poster and synopsis

A man and his girlfriend plan to rob the mansion of the man's eccentric but wealthy aunt. However, the aunt keeps dozens of cats in her home, and the man is deathly afraid of cats.

So that's our programme, and as previously I'll be looking into solutions for anything that's particularly hard to find on streaming (as weeks one and three probably will be) - more info on that soon!

Things will be starting next week, I'm open to suggestions for which day but I'm currently leaning towards Tuesdays at 9pm each week. I hope to see you there!

All 4 look amazing. I can do next Tuesday for that double feature. I'm sticking my bum out to promote my backpack of kitchen knives just thinking about it.

Edit: the Tuesday that comes after tomorrow, so whatever shows I'll be screaming for it.
