This is all part of their eugenics plan. Let it move through us all so we get herd immunity, whilst killing off the old, sick, and the weak.

most of us will be, i was unemployed for 13 months and have no savings left. Also I’m the newest person here which means I’m the most disposable.

I'm still expected to go into surgery, but it looks like not the office at this stage.
 
I've had to cancel my hand shaking and eye spitting party in Copenhagen. I moved that to Dublin and now that's cancelled. FUMING!
 
The main take out from the press conference is that they suspect 5k to 10k probably have it. Which is far more realistic.

I work in K&C, my parents live in Surrey and brother lives 5 miles from Brighton. So it’s all going swimmingly for us it seems...!

And now we should worry about Italy completely collapsing and creating a new financial crisis like good old Greece.
 
I’m baffled how Ireland and the UK have almost certainly had identical advice and in a country that is far less densely populated like Ireland they’ve decided to close shit down but in the UK they haven’t...

but then I remember who’s in charge.

I’m so divided though - I really don’t want more disruption. My school has been disrupted every year for the last three years since Grenfell and just as we’re getting to some normality this crock of shit occurs.

but I think that it is inevitable so at the point you know it’s inevitable just get on and do it to reduce the spread. Remember how quickly Wuhan shut everything down? In the dim and distant past now.
 
I really don't understand basing the whole strategy around the idea you can build up HERD IMMUNITY against this virus. Is there ANY evidence for that being the case? It certainly doesn't apply to cold-causing coronaviruses so why might it to this one?
 
Ireland have more to lose quicker I guess. It does seem rather quick mind. Or we're slow.
