Courtney's a cast member on this year's season, I believe as part of the first same sex dancing couple on this show, although she's participating in drag.

She won the vote in the first week - deservedly so, this is great.

Oh I was about to post about this

What a fabulous start she had. I loved the routine and thought she came across like a star

Absolutely sensational, she is to me I think the real break out star if RPDR. More so than Bianca.

I just wish she was on Strictly.

Courtney performed to Wannabe dressed as our Geru :vor::disco:

Her work ethic is unparalled and she definitely isn't just primarily a drag queen unlike most of the others - she can present/host, dance, and feels like more of a showgirl a la Kylie at heart. She's great.

Absolutely amazing and top of the leaderboard for the third week running

Does no one care?

After a slight blip two weeks ago she was back on top this week and had her highest marks to date for her contemporary dance :disco:

Way ahead of the rest of the pack tonight :disco:

This was a fabulous performance

Although Courtney ended up in the bottom (even though she was top with the judges)

Semi final next week, I really hope she makes the final

I don’t think she would have won strictly either

She was consistently good throughout the show, and like a Faye or Ashley would have suffered at the hands of her own ability

But she totally turned it out this season and I think the routines they did were some of the most imaginative I’ve seen ever on this type of show

Runner up is a pretty amazing result. Bravo to Strictly Australia for giving her a run in the first place. I can't see that washing with the BBC version and think it was already talked down when Calman and Coles were on the slate.

Calman very much stated she wanted to dance with a man though, didn't she? Not sure about Coles. Either way I agree with you though; if Calman had insisted she wanted a female partner I'm sure she would have been shown the door.

I'm glad neither of them got to dance in a same sex could though, largely because they were both a bit rubbish. I'd want the first same sex couple to be like Courtney - actually talented, or else the 'novelty' is just compounded.

That dance above where they both dance as men is still moving me to tears after about the tenth time of watching it.

You're right, it was really elevated by Courtney have some talent in the dance department. The way they played around with gender in the few dances I saw made it more special and tied in with Courtney's NB status.
