I need to go and soon before it becomes tropical.

Just been for an eye test and I have the rest of the day OFF.

*naps, mucks about*

Having to work from home today as Mr F forgot he'd taken his tablets last night so he took them all again. He's absolutely trollied and his pupils are almost as big as his eyes, he just keeps grinning inanely and saying "I feel great, absolutely wonderful, this is amazing haaa haaa haaa". His opiates are all prolonged release so he's about an hour past the peak now. I'm keeping an ear out to make sure he's still breathing.

Do you keep naloxone at home?

Nope, I wasn't aware that was possible. I thought only paramedics and doctors had access to it.

He's alright, I can hear him chatting to his friend upstairs over the Playstation headset. His medication dosages have been reduced over the last couple of years so, other than the Amytriptylline, the double-dose is roughly the same as a previous higher dosage he was on in the past and the Amytriptylline is only 60mg over his maximum dose. I checked what maximum prescribing dosages for all his tablets are, he's under on all of them.

I did strongly consider ringing 111 last night but he told me to leave it and see how he goes.

Pharmacies and drug services can certainly provide it - I dish it out all the time, with training on how to administer it. I'm guessing supply may be different across the country though.

Obviously a different client group, but ultimately it's the same drug it's being used to reverse the effects of.

I have had to leave the house and travel on the tram, its fucking HOT on here

Darlings I've just had a bottle of POL ROGER thrust upon me at work

He's going to speak to the GP about it. Thankyou. x
