i learnt yesterday why it feels colder here a few below compared to places where its -15/20. All to do with moisture in the air condensing on your skin. The colder/drier it is the less you feel it.

Yep if we leave it open, they come in then close it on the way out, and then we have to open it.

I just had a creepy young ish man in the shop asking if we do cash back. I got confused by what he asked at first and he instantly picked up on it and then got really pushy when I said we don't do it, try somewhere else, he kept saying "come on, do me a favour, it would really help, it's really easy". In the end I had to say I was the owner of the shop and I wasn't going to do it, and he left, then went to barbers opposite and they obviously said no, then he walked past me glaring.

There's a cash point opposite us, when I told him that he made up some weird excuse that his card doesn't work in a cash point.

I quickly locked the door after he left.
