Do we have a thread for euphoric chill stuff?

Maybe not the best name but I'm getting so into this genre lately. The new M83 is fantastic and I don't think it fits into the boxes of any of the @funky threads?



I'd love to drop some more examples in here, but I'm terrible at noting stuff down when I listen so hopefully this thread is a place I can start putting them, as can some of my lovely friends in Moopville. I think @funky @Jark @FetchFugly and OTHERS might be a good place to start tagging-wise.

I’d say it fits in my synth wave thread (which sadly hasn’t been used in a while) but M83 have been around forever doing this cinematic indie pop before it became trendy.

Haven’t listened to it yet but I like the single (Laura)

I'm always into anything that mixes trance, synth, strings, electronica etc. I have numerous playlists. Will share when I get home. Although one is more ethereal trance, the other more spacey ambient.

You may enjoy some of this. A lot of it's older, but I think a pretty nice gateway into those spaced out chilled instrumentations, that were perfect for 4am on a Sunday morning in 1999.

I came here to post that I've just heard Crystallize and W-O-W, I'm sure someone's posted it somewhere already. If this was the 90s I'd be filling out a fanclub application NOW

Cub Sport are a recent discovery of mine. Their stuff lies much more on the chill serious side but this remix brings them to life and makes me feel a certain type of way. It's quite lush.

I think I've come across EMBRZ before as well and enjoyed, I'd like to deeper dive into both acts...
