Yes 
I think since I was 7 or 8 (so around 15 years ago) I've spent hours on a computer or laptop almost every day, but only got a phone in 2020. I used to watch more TV when I was little, but still do watch a couple of hours every day. 
Probably watching the moon mission thing on soon
