(quite a BIG IF that one tbf, but if true, and going by the last week... really hard to see how Iran will be capable of serous conventional reprisals. Obviously still likely quite capable of serious asymmetric ones, but even then, they have just lost quite a lot of their proxy power projection abilities over the last 18 months with Assadist Syria and more or less all Hezbollah and Hamas taken out.)

putin said he’s "not getting involved because israel is practically a russian-speaking country at this point" so i don’t think WWIII is at the door. rather, the u.s. and israel are getting rid of the fascist islamic regime in iran, and we’re clapping and cheering (while mourning the loss of innocent civilians across the entire region)

also, “peace in the middle east” is delulu af... but at least the nuclear threats are being neutralized right now

Apologies love but I've just changed my vote from the "No, but it will if the US strikes Iran directly" option. As although that's now happened it's still not feeling all that World War-y to me. The vibes are off
 
I was actually thinking earlier how: you know when the UK gets an event like Eurovision or the Commonwealth games thesedays, and we all have to have it somewhere less good than London, to show those places deserve the spotlight on them too

Well the SAME HAD BETTER APPLY TO AIR STRIKES AS WELL
