The GAG of CHARRA TEA outlasting Kiki Snatch :D

Amazing lip sync, but Actavia did edge it, and she's such a lovable personality.

Challenge wise there was no tension, La Voix was an absolute masterclass. Though I did enjoy Lill's random PIG story, which was either very poorly edited or literally made no sense whatsoever. :D
 
Very happy Kiki went home. She was annoying as hell. I'll take basic Charra.

Hearing people refer to her by first name alone this week just underlines what a fucking DREADFUL drag name Charra Tea is.

I totally read that as frosty old Chanel getting vengeance on Charra for calling out her passive aggression in episode one. She seems the type to nurse a grudge.

This is true. Northern Ireland really hasn’t been well served by creative drag stage names. It comes to something when BLU HYDRANGEA is the least worst of what’s been served up so far.

(I do think Jonbers Blonde is overall a worse name than Charra Tea though, even if the former works a bit better if you take the Blonde part out)

It really was, to the point where I felt a bit uncomfortable about where the line is in terms of what trauma they'll drag out of them in this really produced format.

They show the age and location the first time they get a talking head and then the name only afterwards

Or

They used the wrong insert from the first episode.
 
I hope we get a Rusical this year. I'd like to see the final 5 do a Spice Girls Rusical. Or the final 6 do a Spice Girls Rusical with one of the queen playing Michelle Stephenson.

Actavia lost her Instagram account this week, I’m glad she wasn’t also kicked out the contest too
 
I'd say Kyran and La Voix are locked in, Actavia and Charra locked out, and the other 4 are competing for the remaining two places, with Marmalade and Rileasa being most likely.

I'd say this too, but then I do have horrible memories of Jonbers sneaking in.

None are that offensive this year though so I wouldn't be too upset, and it's a stronger cast than S4.
 
La Voix definitely bringing PROFESSIONALISM this week! But I preferred Marm on the couch AND on the runway.

She feels glaringly obvious as the eventual runner-up that has just as strong a case for being the victor as the actual winner, but ultimately doesn't actually really need the win or the kanthrax poisoning after
 
Also Lill's drag origin mythos being her being bit by a pig at a petting zoo was one of those lines so immaculately satisfying and perfectly fitted & realised that I am minded to consider it as a canonical moment of Divine intervention
 
Is La Voix the Michael Maroulli of the season? Although Michael was a bit more likeable.

At least Michelle called Ru out about the bizarre guidance he gives in the werk room.
 
I’m not finished yet but Chanel is doing so well and getting the crickets exit and the evil Charra is getting GUFFAWS for utter TRASH!
 
I actually loved Charra's Snatch Game. Credit where it's due, she took a really shitty bit of advice from the increasingly infirm Ru and somehow made it work.

Lill felt like she dominated the challenge and the runway, mind.
 
Worst episode of the series for me. I think I'm just done with Snatch Game. Charra's turn didn't work for me at all really, but she ticked the box for Ru, so fair play to her.

Sad to see Chanel go, but I can't say she didn't deserve it.
