For some reason I was thinking she bonked Junior at some point and the baby will come out mixed race to everyone's surprise, which I think would be a British soap first to have a paternity shock based on race?
 
The fella (not going to say actor) who plays Peter is unbelievably awful when it comes to delivering lines, emoting and well just acting really :D
 
Oooh a surprise return. Although I had to wait for the end credits to confirm my suspicions as to who it was.

Cindy being given that ultimatum last night by Elaine was a bit dumb. If everyone finds out she’ll be kicked out and have to leave. So to avoid that she has to leave anyway.
 
Yolande's scene in church today was quite moving actually :o

He doesn't even look recognisable from his more recent Holby City stint
 
Did Nigel send a message for Dot’s funeral? I can’t remember the last we actually heard of him. When Claire came back as Evil Claire/Mini Janine, she had commented that Nigel was more interested in paying attention to his stepson than her.

The whole thing is stupid and yes the "Leave the square by New Years or else" shit is so 2000, can we move on please.

And for Elaine it took George re-counting all his traumas this year to realise that the news his ex-wife is bonking his son wouldn't exactly kick Christmas off with a joyous bang :D

What can we watch between the two episodes today that lasts for 90 mins? I cannot be fucked with a sitcom I’ve never particularly warmed to. It makes no sense to do this as just starting Gavin & Stacy 30 minutes later would be better for everyone.
 
… oh I’ve just seen there’s Call The Midwife too, so that’s 2 and a half hours between. A bit better as we can find a good long film somewhere instead.

We always watch the Xmas/Millennium Gimme Gimme Gimme or a Nigella special from the past whenever we have time to burn at Christmas.
 
I think the only one I may get away with is GAVIN AND STACEY live. The rest will need to be saved for the next few days although I MIGHT nip away for a bit of CALL THE MIDWIFE if I get half a chance.
 
My mum after Stacey pours herself some wine: “OH NO YOU CAN’T DRINK” … “Oh it’s the actress who is pregnant, not Stacey”
 
I think the audience vote will be Martin picking Stacy or Ruby... explains no follow up if Lacey leaves for maternity in the live episode. If it's any other couple how can they prerecorded the following episodes if the audience vote on the live episode?
