Echoes in Rain

I was reading though the original Echoes in Rain thread, smiling at the comments (and the China In Your Hand thing, was only the synth pizzicato ).
Was it only early October (rather than mid-September) in 2015 when Moopy found out about the new album Dark Sky Island?

(I mean I only found out in 2021 :-D)

Also as much as I enjoy relistening to the original song, I still think it being higher pitched (in D major rather than A) would've had a better energy for the song.

I hadn't really explored Madonna's Ray of Light-era songs or even seen any of her interviews until now but glad I finally have.

(I can play violin but can't strum chords on a guitar. )
