I had no idea there was a big chunk of Yorkshire that votes Tory usually. They've kept that quiet (which isn't like a Yorkshireman etc etc).
 
Yes. I was in Yarm last week and the party name was nowhere to be seen.
 
Still some outstanding results in Liverpool including the mayoral, I’m not sure why given the Tories are probably in negative figures here at this point

Last minute campaign by the Evening Standard probably, they throw out the big guns with endorsements right before any election and try and change the narrative.
 
We should’ve expected this from the city that legitimised Boris Johnson.

To be honest, as a resident of RBKC and with our twice weekly bin collections and very low council tax this does make me somewhat relieved.

I’m so altruistic. I forgot to vote myself though.

I feel like Khan is seen as not having got a handle on knife crime, and someone killed a kid with a SWORD the other day, which possibly will not have helped.

Tbf living in a block of flats where the rubbish gets collected from the rear stairwell every day I basically never think about bins :D
 
I mean surely she isn’t going to win. I don’t think Khan is a particularly good mayor (he’s quite brittle for what the role rehires) but that woman is a complete idiot.
 
If Loony Sue wins at least she’ll balls it up in absolute record time and give more rope to the Tories.
 
Susan Hall was supposed to be who the Tories were pinning their hopes on, lest we forget.

If she wins, the Tories actually will cling on for as long as they can, and Sunak won't be going anywhere.
 
The actual Labour guy is acceptable. Although standing next to Rachel Reeves would make virtually anybody look 10% more alluring.

 
The turnout data coming out for London isn’t great… it’s up in most Tory inclined areas and flat or falling elsewhere. So….. could be very close. But won’t know anything without the swing data tbh.
