Has anyone been? Would you recommend? Is it nice? Is it LGBTQ+ safe/friendly? Is the shared border with Russia cause for concern?
I'm tempted to run the Tallinn marathon next year (September 2027) and perhaps add on a few days + maybe tag a trip to Helsinki on the ferry as well
