I remember them having to close the pubs because a full scale riot broke out in Bolton when we went out of the 2006 World Cup. Like fuck would I want to be in any of these crowds tonight.
 
I mean I’m sure there are as many crazy and toxic football fans everywhere, but there’s really something special about these English ”lads”. :D

It’s the standard stupidity and delusion all stans have, but we sprinkle on a bit of British supremacy and belief that the empire or WW2 are still relevant as well.

Mandy and I are in a glamping dome, last minute cancellation, and we realised why as soon as we got here, there's no tv :(

Luckily we came prepared with a laptop and unlimited data. We will not miss this.
 
Ugh I was going to try to escape this with a walk to the beach and now I've found some couple friends of my parents are coming over to watch this and I'll be expected to be social.
