Eurovision 100: Semi Final 6 (2 Viewers)

What sort of school goes to Russia on a school trip? The best we got was Barcelona, which admittedly was pretty fucking great. Usually it was Styal Mill.
It was really random! My school were lucky to have the awesome Mr Wheatley who was also my form tutor and who could speak Russian so the offered the year 10's to do Russian GCSE. I was already in Year 11 by then, so they offered the trip to a few Year 11's as well. It was amazing and I remember it lots to this day.

This was 2004 and the country has of course unfortunately gone to absolute shit these days and I would dare step a foot in it. But it's cool, I got a nice bundle of pirate CDs

:D Why did Spain bother sending that discount Las Ketchup the year before, when the actual Las Ketchup were clearly available and had the exact same song just waiting to underwhelm Europe.
The 2005 song sounded more like Las Ketchup than this one!

My god, I wonder how many of your classmates actually returned? They probably sold a few for some extra bunsen burners

Remember when Las Ketchup were gonna win Eurovision?

Las Ketchup really grew up from Ketchup to Bloody Marys

I went to Russia in 2007. Putin wasn't even the outside layer of the tourist Russian dolls.

FUN FACT! The hotel rooms we were in were properly high up and the windows opened straight out and we used to play a game where we'd lean over and knock on the girls' room with a coat hanger (b@ntz lol) I'm shocked we all came out of alive tbh.

@Alla have any of these had a screaming row with Coral Segovia?
Actually I watched Eurovision a few years ago with the woman who was the Head of Delegation (or the one that was working with them, not sure) that year, a friend brought her home, and she didn't say a single good word about Las Ketchup, they didn't want to do it and was unbearable to work with them. They almost left at one point.
