I don't really UNDERSTAND this rating system , but FUCK IT.

I think the idea is that you spread out the votes early on so that you can always fit a song in regardless of how much you like it without having to repeat any score. For example, if a song comes up which you like more than Fuego but less than Sound Of Silence then you're screwed.
