So the last TWO entries Luxembourg sent were from their Luxembourgish branch of their TV station after the French language lot lost interest, and it was only few of the times they ACTUALLY sent songs in Luxembourgish (partly for 1993) and by people FROM Luxembourg. They couldn't afford it anymore hence why they dropped out.
