She’s back!
I was reminded of these two songs this evening when they popped up on as YouTube playlist. They leaked online in 2007 as 'Kylie demos'.
For a few years I was CONVINCED it was Kylie singing on them, but it turned out to be a woman called Mia J, who co-wrote the songs doing her best Kylie impression. Apparently they digitally altered Mia's voice to make it sound asm much like Kylie as possible. The songs were submitted for X, but were rejected.
Listening back, it's pretty obvious now that it's not Kylie, especially on When The Cat's Away, which actually sounds more like a Dannii song than a Kylie one. Still both are pretty good songs!
