Obviously the original album version is CATCHIER THAN COVID but this remix sounds like something by Motiv8 circa 1996.

05 - Black Jesus + Amen Fashion - Annoying title. Bland song. Probably would be pushed to a 5.5 if I could be arsed to listen to it but I can't and therefore can't even hum it rn

I'd go for the original over the remix but only by a smidge as they're both amazing.

all the BTW bonus tracks are fabulous. and somehow an entirely separate vibe from the main album. Fashion of His Love is such a lost 80s Whitney track when the chorus hits. the middle 8 has the same melody as parts of Born This Way.

Black Jesus remains my fave tho.
