Mine's had a mixed reaction - obviously the COOL people liked it and the basics didn't so I can't call whether it's going through or not. Otherwise hmm. I think Portugal and Cuba will do well in Semi 1, possibly also Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Georgia and Tuvalu. I've NO IDEA about Semi 2
