it's the final bad day of the week! everything's coming up peach now!

sun is shining, there's a lovely new Aly + AJ and I'm craving a fag and a marmalade CROISSANT!

for some reason my body wakes me up around 730 every day now even before my alarm so I guess that's the NEW NORMAL for an OLD like MOI!

what's the chai, girlies?

Up at 7.30 also! I miss my 20s when I could happily sleep till 2 in the afternoon!

Up at 7:30 before my alarm as well.

I had a moopy dream, everyone (well a good 30 of us at least) was in someone’s house. Everyone started singing THUNDER AND GLORIA, and I even joined in even though I hate singalongs, but it was fun. At one point the housemate (not a moopist) became grumpy with all the singing, so we asked the bitch to go to his room.

Ayyyy 7:30 gang

It's the first time in a few weeks that I've been on my normal 8-11 Friday hours instead of bringing my car back and forth to the dealers. Last week they replaced some suspension bits under extended warranty that they tried to charge me for in a service the week before. It's been recognised that suspension parts shouldn't wear out at 30k (this is what happens when you make an electric Clio and don't bother to account for the additional half a ton of battery)

Hay fever going wild today. Obviously the correct treatment is copious amounts of alcohol.

:(:( i think this is the worst day in heathcliff ownership in 12 years. He's just been hospitalised and I honestly feel like I can't breath.

I hope I lose weight.

In other news I'm trying to write my teacher training application personal statement. Everything I write, just sounds really saccharine or makes me sound like an absolute nonce.

I have realised that KFC's popcorn chicken is the perfect size to eat with my gob-problems. It certainly beats the scrambled eggs, bananas and soups I've been living off this week.

Thank you all! He's had vomitting and diarrhoea for 24 hours which isn't like him at all..so he's now in the hospital on a drip, being pumped full of antibiotics and fluids and anti sickness meds.

Hopefully I can pick him up tomorrow after I finish work. But only if he's well enough to not need medicating, because I can't medicate him cos he's a nightmare.

Thank god I work there and know the team looking after him. They had to muzzle him to put his catheter in :(

Couscous is good with mouth issues I found.

I couldn't find anything about it that I even remotely liked. The texture of it in my mouth made me gag and it just felt wrong. I'm not a fan of pasta but thought I'd probably like it because I love semolina (the school dessert), but I hated it. I've tried it many times since, like when somebody has it at work or when we're out and I don't think I'm ever going to get on with it.

To make my couscous hate worse the bag containing what was left had opened itself on the top shelf of the cupboard and there was couscous everywhere! I binned the rest of it immediately and that cupboard has been emptied, the shelves taken out and thoroughly cleaned at least five times since then yet I still keep finding the damn teeny tiny balls of nastiness.

I think I will go on the reluctant coffee date tomorrow

it's 11am which is quite a SAFE TIME for it if I have to make a hasty exit
