Friday comes in fours, like cat legs (1 Viewer)

I had a pang of anxiety this morning when I realised that I'm going to have to start to decide whether I need to be wearing long sleeves or not to leave the house.

It has been a GLORIOUS Summer. Towards the end of it I do always quite look forward to cozying up with a roaring fire and bottle of red accompanied by some good TV.

Very WET because of it, apparently

Ireland is typically WET, but Scotland more WINTERY, but that has actually swapped around for the last couple of years. I don’t think where we are in Scotland has had any snow for a couple of years now where as in Ireland it has had the most in YEARS.

Just back from an ALL YOU CAN EAT in Ipswich AGAIN, because my in-laws have NO IMAGINATION.

Am I missing something - is Soldi the new MICHAEL FISH?
Only in terms of taste in knitwear

I did a few MODULES in meteorology but I think @Apoca is PROPERLY QUALIFIED

@Apoca lets go and read some GFS charts over a bottle of wine :disco:

Someone called SIAN LLOYD bought something off me off Vinted today. Does that make me qualified?

It has been BLOODY STUPID HOT but I think overall I've enjoyed it more than not. I'm lucky I don't have to use the TUBE that often I guess.

I'm not looking forward to the BLOODY STUPID COLD that's meant to come with it though

I have had a FABULOUS Summer. Having just returned from the Seychelles and the glorious climate, alongside unprecedented UK Weather I have been truly spoilt, and have a glorious colour but equally I love Autumn, winter and Spring. The cold weather does get to me so will likely piss off for a few weeks over Autumn and Winter to warmer climates but generally I do love all seasons. Unfortunately those born now will probably never see the seasons the way we were ever so lucky to do so, and take for granted.

Oh I've enjoyed the summer too. Having time off work obviously helps. I've already noticed the crisper mornings and it's making me feel sad :(

My tacky solar lights in the garden are not getting half the charge they were and tonight they hardly shone.
