My ex colleague who was meant to start a new job and became a body shop "rep" in the interim appears to still be peddling her body shop page and she was meant to be starting her new job in July. I'm too scared to ask what's happened there.

Is that the same sort of thing? You buy a box of products and sell it to your friends for slightly higher and your "rep" gets some commission?
