Am sticking with my running outside once a week (which makes a grand total of FOUR runs) and braved the rain for the first time…I suppose the only positive is I didn’t overheat as much. I think it’ll be back to treadmill only again come September

Starting next week 2 days, then alternating 3 days and 2 days each week.
I’m actually sort of looking forward to it, not healthy to be sat on my own all day !

It’s a trial until the end of year…crossing fingers we stick to that. It‘ll good to have some days I can actually CONCENTRATE rather than listen to inane chatter. Hopefully this will be a good compromise

My big issue with Zoom cameras/the sudden use of webcams for everything is the EYEBAGS. Quite often I've wondered who that dead person is staring back at me.

It has a lot to do with LIGHTING too. My desk cam at work makes me look 47, but in the meeting room (cam 1 m away) I look fabulous. Plus you can see my biceps.

My boss sits infront of his window all the time so he just looks like a silhouette. Not a bad shout actually.
