I've sat in a chair listening to Rita Ora (stream it!) and Dua Lipa (don't bother!) for thirty mins instead of working out. so now I'll have to take time out of my working day later to shower etc.

holy snow, they registered minus 20,6 degrees during the night where my mum lives
When we lived in LES ALPES we had a -20 night and being English we went out with our mates. It was cold but not that bad, but then there wasn't any wind or anything, so it didn't feel terrible.

Today I’m training for that job I didn’t get, except now they’ve realised they need me so I’m doing it after all.
So you ended up getting the job? Or you just have to do the duties of it without the title?

They realised that the person doing it is term-time only so they’ll have huge chunks of the year without cover. I’ve been drafted in as relief, but they’ve decided there’s too much work and training involved to only have me doing it part time.
The short version is I’m hugely confused as to what they want me to do now, but it seems permanent.

They're a bit spongey. They do go stale quite quickly but it's not a feature, so you might just have a bad batch
How sad. I'll probably end up eating them anyway
