I popped my cardie on when I went out this evening. It was good. I'm kinda looking forward to autumn/ Christmas since summer was so unfeasibly SHITE (weather and health wise).
Tomorrow we're going to a smart restaurant, no shorts etc. I'm not ready for that either.

I can't think of anything worse than going back to work in a WEEK. I mean I need the cash and we're already nibbling away at the savings, but I don't quite feel like I've had 5 weeks off.

Yes, my heart bleeds for my teacher friends heading back to work after all those weeks off.
Particularly the one who works in a private school, has had 8 weeks off, had a week in Portugal, a week in Italy, and has just booked herself a few nights in a spa hotel because she 'just doesn't feel like she's had a break'.

I'm hearing lots of issues with the admin at DartCharge. I forgot to register my new car with them and got two fines in the post, one for crossing and one for crossing back over. They'd let me off the first time and only charged the £2.50 crossing fee, but the second one was a fine of £37.50. Went to pay, the site only let me out in £2.50 for each fine. Haven't received anything yet stating I haven't paid my fine, so assuming I've got away with it.

Seems they have some new system and it's been up and down. I managed to pay but it took about 3 hours as the site just kept giving an error.

Mandy thinks so, but it took ages to get onto the website. She ended up paying it three times but no idea if it allocated the payment
